HOW DO I BENEFIT?

At the end of the day, our decisions and discussions are consolidated into a formal Business Plan. It will contain a summary of our financials and a list of projects/tactics that will be implemented over the next 12 to 24 months.

Additionally, you may decide to continue using the same planning software that we will use during the session. The software is called INSIGHT and is available from AHO Consulting. You can use the software to report your results on a monthly basis.
